By accessing and using the ASKK Tech Solutions website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you should not use our website or services.

2. Services

ASKK Tech Solutions LLC provides managed IT support, cybersecurity, cloud migration, networking, backup and disaster recovery, and automation services. Specific service terms, scope, and pricing are detailed in individual service agreements between ASKK Tech Solutions and each client.

3. Service Agreements

All managed services are governed by separate Master Service Agreements (MSAs) and Statements of Work (SOWs) that outline specific deliverables, timelines, pricing, and responsibilities. These agreements take precedence over these general Terms of Service where they conflict.

4. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information necessary for service delivery
• Maintain appropriate access credentials and security practices
• Notify us promptly of any security incidents or concerns
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
• Pay invoices within the agreed-upon terms

5. Limitation of Liability

ASKK Tech Solutions shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the fees paid by the client in the twelve months preceding the claim. This limitation applies to the fullest extent permitted by law.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of ASKK Tech Solutions LLC and is protected by intellectual property laws. Clients retain ownership of their data at all times. Any custom solutions developed for clients remain the property of the client unless otherwise specified in the service agreement.

7. Termination

Either party may terminate services in accordance with the terms specified in the applicable service agreement. Upon termination, we will assist with data export and transition as outlined in the agreement. We reserve the right to suspend services for non-payment or violation of these terms.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of St. Johns County, Florida.
